Iran.org reported that the San Francisco-based Center for Justice and Accountability, in conjunction with MEHR Iran, have sponsored a lawsuit by Iranian-American torture victim Gholam Nikbin, 59, that will come before Federal District Court in Washington, DC on Jan. 9, 2007.
