My blood pressure declined and I had a fall. Now my face is full of bruises and my right arm is hurting. I was sitting and the next thing I remember is I was on the floor with great amount of pain in my face and right arm. I cried out P's name not realizing he is in D.C. and two hours away by plane. After three hours and having abe ghand (sweetened water) I felt good to drive the little girl to the park. What a day. The only other time I remember I had a fall and went unconscious because of low blood pressure is when I was 6. I always have to have some candy to suck on especially if I go skiing or hiking in the winter but this was at home.
