These days there are photos from the revolution going around in the body of e-mails. I have received them from several individuals. Every time I look at them I think what the collective intelligence of Iranians was at the time, what is it now! Burning women because of prostitution, dragging Shah's servant in the streets of Tehran, murdering Amir Abbas Hoveida, Iran's prime minister at the time. It can't be one generation's madness. It is every generation that has contributed to the outcome of what the country suffers from today. The Great Law of the Iroquois Confederacy says: "In our every deliberation we must consider the impact of our decisions on the next seven generations." Alas! We Iranians don't have such a saying!
