If I wanted to be like everyone else, I would be the elephant in The City of Tales (Share Ghesseh). The monkeys, jackals, camels and donkeys would cut my trunk and try to fit me into their order of life. What would be left of me if I wanted to live according to what others think is the right way؟ I refuse to be the elephant from that story and lose my identity and trunk. I tell you these so that you will try to find your own path, what works for you best, not what anyone says is the right turn, the right way to walk. If you want, you can learn of other people's experiences but you don't have to follow their footsteps just because the collective brain tells you to. The collective brain isn't always an intelligent one.
